Hon’ble Supreme Court vide Judgement & Order dated 27.04.2022, passed in the case of Ranbir Singh Vs. S.K Roy, Chairman, L.I.C of India and Another, has been pleased to constitute a Committee comprising of:

1. Hon’ble Justice Shri P.K.S Baghel, Former Judge of Allahabad High Court; and
2. Shri Rajiv Sharma, Former District Judge and Member of UPHJS

For the purpose of fresh verification of the claims of all the workers who claim to have been employed by L.I.C between 20th May, 1985 and 4th March, 1991 for at least,

1. 70 days in Class IV posts over a period of 3 (three) years, or
2. 85 days in Class III posts over a period of 2 (two) years

The abovementioned Committee hereby, through this notice, invites from all the workers concerned, or as the case may be, the Unions and Associations, representing them to submit their claims and to provide all information on separate sheets on points as per “Format A” given below, along with the copy of all such documentary materials on which they seek to rely upon, for the purpose of the abovementioned verification by the date 15 September, 2022. , latest by 4 PM by Registered or Speed Post at the address given below:-
